Today is a work completion day and a time to reflect. The following items need to be completed by the end of the block:

1. Movie edited and perfected and youtube link shared to acarlisto@lakeplacidcsd.net
2. Powerschool checked and late work turned in

By class time tomorrow the following is due:

1. Reply to reflection post on kidblog--log in from  my blog http://bomber8ela.blogspot.com/ and thoroughly answer and edit your responses to the 3 reflection questions posed in the post.  This should be done in a careful manner as it will be graded for amount of thought that went into the reflection. It should be honest and genuine. (Hint--great idea to write your response in a google doc first THEN copy and paste it as changes will NOT be saved)

HW: Complete any unfinished work from today and study for SS test

Today you will take time to read your story to at least three other people who will guide you in pacing and content.

You will then either use a computer or a mini ipad on which to import your picture and then record a voiceover of your story.  Clarity and pacing of story as well as content, creativity and organization are the focus as we assess these projects.

Your movie should consist of the following:

Slide one: NAME  

                TOPIC to be up while you tell us your name and your topic

Slide 2: Your PICTURE to be up the duration of the story you present with appropriate pauses, inflection and pacing

Your “movie” will be required to be shared to youtube as follows:

1. Name: initialoffirstandwholelastnametopic:  EXAMPLES: acarlistoselma   or kclarkfreedomsummer
2. Select UNLISTED
